UX/UI designer
Webflow developer
This project was challenging due to various reasons: we only had two weeks to make it, it involved making a website in a different language, and it was the first time I used Webflow to build a larger website.
The original website was built in Wordpress. It had a green color and a texture that made it look outdated.
We decided to update only the homepage using Webflow and keep the rest of the site in Wordpress. Since we didn't want to change the CSS of all the pages, I kept the same fonts and the secondary color, so we only had to change the primary color that was on the header and footer. Option #1 had a more traditional blue, and option #2 had a bright modern blue with a video banner. The stakeholders chose the 2nd option.
I worked with a UX writer to determine the structure of the website. It was very challenging because it was the first time I had to build the CMS structure and to think of the best logical way to arrange the fields so it was easy to edit and generate content.
I also designed two options: the first one kept the same typography as the spanish version, the last one had a heavy font. This was prefered by the stakeholders.
